My culinary background originates from France and I have been involved in the food and hospitality industry for the vast majority of my life. My experiences comes from personal chef to catering chef and pastry chef.

My entire life I have been driven and have overcome some high hurdles in order to stand the Chef and person that I am today.

I have traveled in different parts of the world since I got my diplome from culinary school in France(CFA Gouvieux). My career in food service has allowed me to live in and experience many places around the world, including New York, San Francisco, St barthelemy, Ethiopia and Sweden.
